To create a high-quality and diverse experience, vendor spaces are carefully curated to ensure variety and minimize duplicate offerings. Vendor selection is not first-come, first-served—each application is reviewed by the BYL team before approval.

Vendor Categories

Prime Booths – Located near the festival entrance with high foot traffic, these booths offer premium visibility for maximum exposure.
Informational Booths – Reserved for companies, organizations, and nonprofits looking to share information rather than sell products.
Food Vendor Trucks – Limited availability, with a strict selection process to ensure a variety of high-quality food options for festivalgoers.
General Booths – Standard vendor spaces throughout the festival grounds for artists, creators, and businesses looking to showcase their products.
Prime Main Stage Booths – Premium placement near the main stage, offering vendors a high-energy atmosphere with direct access to festival attendees.

Vendor Guidelines & Compliance

All vendors must have the required permits and licenses to operate. Food vendors must comply with health department regulations, and cannabis-related vendors must meet all legal requirements.
All cannabis-related products must comply with legal regulations (under 3% THC). No illegal substances or unregulated products will be permitted.
Vendors must review and sign the BYL Vendor Agreement and Policies & Procedures before final approval.
